The Scoop:

The property is conveniently close to City of Northglenn open space. This will be a prime location for access to the new light rail coming in 2018. Great open floor plan with large living area and kitchen. Standard finishes but in good condition.
Based on the market, this property is likely to go under contract within the next two weeks. Although it is very clean and in good condition the draw back is that it is 2 bedrooms. Although the overall square footage is very similar to the 3 bedroom models there is more value in the additional room. The loft area could be converted into a 3 bedroom if necessary. I believe it is likely to sell at $250,000 or just under.
